Center gage: fake or real

Hi folks-
I'm new to this site as well as to machining.
I picked up this center gage at flea market, and even though it was presented as being a Starret tool, it doesn't feel right compared to my other Starrett stuff and doesn't have the double depth table for threads.
It wasn't expensive and otherwise seems to be usable. I'm just curious if anyone can confirm whether or not it's a genuine Starrett.
